Wild boar cannellone with Merlot: Our Chef Ezequiel González arranges the mise en place of the “Canelón de Jabato” (cannellone stuffed with wild boar piglet meat), one of the dishes in our summer menu. It is matched with a Saurus Select Merlot or a Malbec from our winery. Saurus Restaurant offers an emotional signature cuisine in which the use of Patagonian and local products is the priority. We also make sure that seasonal food is picked at its peak, and cooked applying the right techniques.
