The grapes for this Cabernet Franc are selected among the best blocks of our vineyards.
In Patagonia, Argentina, under extreme conditions, this varietal achieves a unique expression that shows its versatility and elegance.The fermentation and ageing in French and American oak barrels, give the wine intense colors, surprising aromas and sweet tannins.

WINEMAKING
Maceration: whole berries, four days in stainless steel tanks at low temperature before fermentation, with addition of enzymes and dry ice pellets. Alcoholic fermentation: the must is separated from the solids and put to ferment in new oak barrels in an air-conditioned cellar. Malolactic fermentation done in barrels
AGING
After the alcoholic fermentation the wine is kept in new barrels for 8 months. The barrels (American 40% - French 60%) have a special toast designed for the exclusive use of Familia Schroeder winery.
