FAMILIA SCHROEDER CABERNET SAUVIGNON

This unique wine comes from our vineyards located in Patagonia, Argentina, in the San Patricio del Chañar valley, on the north bank of the Neuquen River. As a result of a careful selection of bunches from the best parcels, this Cabernet Sauvignon of limited production, was aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. The natural conditions of the Patagonian steppe shape the virtues that are later treasured and highlighted in a thorough winemaking. To better appreciate it, we recommend decanting and serving it between 16° and 17°C.
