Saurus Select

Familia Schroeder’s Estate is located in San Patricio del Chañar Valley, at 39° South Latitude, in the wild plains of northern Patagonia, the southernmost wine region of Argentina. This dry and extreme terroir is characterized by frequent winds, cool nights and longer summer days.
During the construction of the winery, fossilized bones of an herbivorous dinosaur that roamed the earth 75 million years ago were discovered, inspiring the brand Saurus.
This Chardonnay of pale yellow color shows apple, citrus and tropical fruits aromas combined with vanilla and cocoa notes. Voluminous moth feel. Crisp and lively well balanced with a long finish.
