Our People – Diego Aguilera

Diego Aguilera, is our Finca Manager … “a job that allows me to be in touch with nature, watching day after day how the vineyard changes with the pass of the seasons; this is one of the things I enjoy the most,” he tells us.

“Cachi,” as we call him here in the winery, spends his days between the vineyards and his family at home. He has 2 sons, aged 7 and 14, to whom he tells the stories of the finca.

Cachi joined our family en 2014, having gathered work experience at other vineyards.

“I like the landscapes of this valley,” says this 34-year-old, Mendoza-born staff member who today has the responsibility of supervising the personnel, and confirming each day that the finca tasks were carried out correctly.
