Como paticularidad, se destaca la marcada acidez natural de la uva, la cual aportar\u00e1\u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201calgo distintivo en la frescura de los vinos que vamos a obtener\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ramiro se anima a asegurar que \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la variedad que se va a destacar este a\u00f1o sin dudas ser\u00e1 nuestro Pinot Noir<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, ya que la acidez natural marcada sumada a las caracter\u00edsticas propias de la variedad<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u201cdan una complejidad excelente\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Este es un gran anticipo para la bodega, ya que nos especializamos y somos referentes en la elaboraci\u00f3n de vinos en base a Pinot Noir en Argentina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nos falta muy poco para terminar la vendimia 2022, quedan las uvas para elaborar nuestro Deseado, tambi\u00e9n Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon y el Pinot Noir que se destina, bien maduro, para el Saurus Tardio. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs una gran cosecha. Sabemos que las que son frescas, como \u00e9sta, son las mejores.
