Siempre me gust\u00f3 el vi\u00f1edo, la chacra, las m\u00e1quinas, sobre todo los tractores, las tareas que llevaban a cabo y la gente. Unos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde estaba aprendiendo a cambiar las mangueras de riego que se hab\u00edan pinchado\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diez a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde de esos recuerdos, en plena cosecha de febrero del 2017, Herman comenz\u00f3 a trabajar en la bodega. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFue mi primera cosecha. No se si ten\u00eda decidido quedarme, quer\u00eda conocer lo que de alguna manera ya conoc\u00eda, pero desde otro lugar\u201d.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este a\u00f1o, a sus 28 a\u00f1os, Herman realiz\u00f3 su quinta cosecha como integrante del equipo de agronom\u00eda de la bodega. \u201c<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoy puedo decir que lo que m\u00e1s me gusta es la produccion de fruta, desde uva para vino, hasta manzanas y cerezas, y\u00a0 todo lo que tiene que ver con mejoras tecnol\u00f3gicas y mantenimiento de maquinaria agr\u00edcola. Disfruto de trabajar en el campo, al aire libre y retirado de la ciudad<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Herman es hijo de Roberto Schroeder, CEO de la bodega, y encarna la tercera generaci\u00f3n de esta familia de emprendedores en la Patagonia. Adem\u00e1s de la bodega, Familia Schroeder se dedica a la\u00a0 producci\u00f3n de fruta de exportaci\u00f3n proveniente de sus fincas en la zona. La regi\u00f3n patag\u00f3nica se distingue por sus excelentes Pinot Noir y por las plantaciones de frutales como manzanas, peras y cerezas de alta
